When we decided to purchase a second home in Florida, we contacted Eric to see if we would be a good “fit” to work together. We had every intention of interviewing other realtors but we quickly decided that we were in the best hands already. Eric was prepared, knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the entire process which included a few last minute trips from out of town and some extraneous but important issues that needed attention. We firmly believe that without Eric’s persistence and experience our transaction would have never been completed.
