I am sitting this afternoon in our beautiful new home and thinking how our agent, Eric Telchin, made this happen. Eric is hardworking, professional and personable. He was available to us pretty much 24/7 and responded to our texts and phone calls almost instantly! He was completely up to date on the homes for sale in the Ibis community and knew them all in detail. He always made himself available to see homes that were listed. Throughout the buying process Eric was able to get us answers as quickly as possible though the seller did not use texting or email! Even after we closed on our home Eric helped us in finding people to paint, repair and remodel. He is a wealth of information and always happy to help. He and his family have become friends to us in our new community. I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than Eric. We are very happy we chose to work with him in the purchase of our home.
