Eric , My wife, Andi and I wanted to thank you for finding us the most perfect house. When we decided to look for a house in Florida, there were many options. After we narrowed our search down to the West Palm area we talked to several realtors. None of them were as knowledgeable as you were on their location specialty. You explained the IBIS community in detail, gave us some history and what to look for in an IBIS house. We really appreciate the numerous times you took us to look at houses. Your thoughtfulness , attention to detail and your quick response to all of our questions (some of them texted to you late at night) was invaluable to our decision making process. Anyone that wants to move to Ibis would be cheating themselves, if they didn’t have you as their realtor. As we are new to the area, we also really appreciated you providing us with the names of vendors that will help us get our house set up. You have truly made our dream come true.
